Since 1986, the Pirro brothers have been working tirelessly to achieve excellence in Made in Italy products. Since then, deep synergy has been combined with knowledge of the territory and raw materials to realize unique and ambitious projects. This is how the Tartufo Nero di Calabria (black truffle from Calabria) and Peperoncino Rosso di Calabria (red pepper from Calabria) lines were created.
Traditional pasta production requires effort, commitment, and constant dedication. The pasta offered by Pastificio Pirro is produced according to a meticulous process that includes, among other things, the use of bronze dies, with attention and choices focused on the constant pursuit of quality and respect for tradition.
